1. Who we are

Arthaveda Sahyog LLP (“Arthaveda Sahyog”, “we”, “us”) is a financial services intermediary headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We arrange finance for customers through banks and non-banking financial companies (“Lenders”).

We are not a bank or lender. Loans are sanctioned, disbursed and governed solely by the Lender, under the Lender’s own terms.

2. Use of this platform

You may use this platform to create an account, start loan applications and upload supporting documents. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and to keep your login details confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application or documents does not guarantee that a loan will be sanctioned, nor any particular interest rate, tenure or amount. All decisions rest with the Lender.

4. Documents and personal data

Documents and details you submit are used to assess and process your application and may be shared with Lenders and their authorised representatives for that purpose.

We store documents in encrypted form and restrict access to authorised personnel. You confirm that you are entitled to share the information you upload, including any information relating to other persons such as co-applicants.

5. Fees

Any fees, charges or commissions applicable to your case will be communicated to you before you proceed. Lenders may charge processing fees and other charges under their own terms.

6. Accuracy and misrepresentation

Providing false, forged or misleading information or documents may result in rejection of your application, closure of your account and reporting to the relevant Lender or authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, delays or actions of Lenders, or for losses arising from information you supplied that was inaccurate or incomplete.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
